The central position of the WICC (close to the A12, A15 and A50 main roads) makes it very easy to reach. There is also a bus stop 250 m away. There is a free private parking area for visitors. Wageningen is located in the middle of varied surroundings. Besides the Hoge Veluwe nature reserve, the surrounding landscape ranges from dense woodland to open heath and meadows."

Extra information on accomodation/dates of accomodation required:

We have made reservations at the WICC-hotel for the nights Sept. 28 - October 1. The registration fee only covers the accomodation during these 3 nights. If you wish to make reservations for extra nights (e.g. Sept. 27 and/or Oct. 2) please note that these reservations are not included in the package. Because of limitid availability, we suggest to make reservations for these extra nights as soon as possible. You can send an email for this to: hilde.holleman@wur.nl.

For the nigth of September 27-28, we have made reservations in Hotel de Reehorst in Ede (www.dereehorst.nl): Single room (including breakfast): € 87,50, double room: € 97,50 (single occupancy). The hotel is situated only 250 m from the Ede-Wageningen train station. From this hotel you can take a taxi to the WICC in  Wageningen.

For the night of October 1-2 we have made reservations in the WICC-hotel (www.wicc.nl). Single room (including breakfast): € 75,00, double room: € 98,50.
